Steam condenser

The condensation of steam condenser is often used to condense the final effect secondary steam of multi-effect evaporator to ensure the vacuum degree of the final effect evaporator. Example (1) spray condenser, cold water is sprayed from the upper nozzle, steam enters from the side entrance, steam and cold water after full contact is condensed into water, at the same time along the pipe flow, part of the non-condensing vapor may also be taken out. Cases (2) filling condenser, steam after entering from the side of the tube and the spray under cold water contact condenser inside packed full of porcelain ring packing, packing after wet by water, increasing the contact area of cold water and steam, the steam condensed water flow along the bottom line, after non-condensable gases with the upper line by a pump, to ensure that in the condenser vacuum. Example (3) Spray plate or sieve plate condenser, the purpose is to increase the contact area between cold water and steam. Hybrid condenser has the advantages of simple structure, high heat transfer efficiency, and easy to solve the corrosion problem.

Boiler condenser

Boiler condenser, also known as flue gas condenser, the use of flue gas condenser can effectively save production costs, reduce the smoke exhaust temperature of the boiler, improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler. Make the boiler run in line with the national standards for energy conservation and emission reduction.

In traditional boilers, after the fuel is burned in the boiler, the exhaust temperature is relatively high, and the water vapor in the flue gas is still in the gaseous state, which will take away a lot of heat. Among all kinds of fossil fuels, natural gas has the highest hydrogen content, and the mass percentage of hydrogen is about 20% to 25%. Therefore, there is a large amount of water vapor in the exhaust smoke. It is estimated that the heat paper to be taken away by the steam generated by burning 1 square meter of natural gas is 4000KJ, which is about more than 10% of its high caloric value.

Flue gas condensation heat recovery unit, the use of low temperature of the water or air cooling flue gas, flue gas temperature lower, close to the heat transfer surface area, the water vapor in flue gas condensation, at the same time realize the flue gas sensible heat release of latent heat release, and water vapor condensation and heat exchanger heat absorption by water or air heating, heat recovery, improving heat efficiency.

Boiler thermal efficiency improvement: the theoretical smoke volume produced by gas combustion is about 10.3NM3 (approximately 12.5KG) in 1NM3 days. Taking the excess air coefficient 1.3 as an example, the flue gas is 14NM3 (about 16.6KG). When the flue gas temperature is reduced from 200 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius, the physical obvious heat released is about 1600KJ, the condensation rate of water vapor is 50%, and the latent heat of vaporization is about 1850KJ. The total heat release is 3450KJ, which is about 10% of the low calorific value of natural gas. If 80% of the flue gas is taken into the heat energy recovery device, the heat energy utilization rate can be increased by more than 8%. Save nearly 10% on natural gas fuel.
